We only cook in olive oil or coconut oil and use free range eggs.
Packaging
Our meals are delivered to you in sealed disposable containers. Salads & snacks can be eaten straight out of the container. We do all the preparation of your meals, at least one meal a day will need to be heated in the microwave.
