What do we use in our meals?

  • Proteins – Chicken, Turkey, Salmon, Beef, Pork, Tuna, Lamb, White Fish
  • Carbohydrates – Sweet potato, new potatoes, white & brown basmati & long grain rice (with different seasonings), cous cous, wholewheat pasta & wholewheat noodles
  • Vegetables/Salad Items – Broccoli, green beans, asparagus, peppers, onions, cherry & salad tomatoes, spinach, kale, edamame beans, sweetcorn, avocado, carrot, peas, aubergine, courgette
  • Snacks – Natural yoghurt, greek/protein yoghurt, granola, pancakes, waffles, syrups, protein mousse, vegetable sticks, flavoured cashews, mixed seeds & nuts, popcorn, protein balls/slices, granola, oats, berries

We only cook in olive oil or coconut oil and use free range eggs.

Packaging

Our meals are delivered to you in sealed disposable containers. Salads & snacks can be eaten straight out of the container. We do all the preparation of your meals, at least one meal a day will need to be heated in the microwave.
